UPDATE 8/1/2022: Turning Trading off until I get my collection entered and everything classified correctly between what's in the Collection and what's For Trade. Still learning the ins and outs of the inventory management system here. Thanks.
I always prefer to trade cards rather than sell them. I haven't been back in the online trading world for very long and I want to use what I have to achieve my collection goals, then maybe selling will be more of an option for me. I will be slowly adding my collection here over the next few months (starting August 2022), but even if I get through a 5000 count box every day, it's going to be at least a couple of months. Maybe by the end of the year.... but probably not even then.
My collection goal is to complete baseball, football, basketball, and O-Pee-Chee hockey sets back to 1968. If you are a mid 70's to mid 80's baseball or football set builder who needs lots of commons (stars too) and has any high grade OPC hockey or 80's Fleer basketball to trade, you're the person I'm really looking for. By the time I get the whole collection entered, I think it'll be the 3rd largest one here and most of that is from 1978 through 1986 and stars only from 1987 to the early 90's.
I'm typically looking for cards in NrMt/Mt condition with the following exceptions:
- Baseball: 1968-73 ExMt, 1975 NrMt
- Football: 1968-72 ExMt, 1973-75 NrMt
- Basketball: 1969-70 VgEx minimum (no heavy creases), 1970-71 Ex (no creases), 1971-72 through 1975-76 ExMt, 1976-77 Ex
- OPC Hockey: Ex for 1968 and 69, ExMt for early 70's, NrMt for mid 70's, then NrMt/Mt from 1977-78 forward.
I also have a collection of about 3500 comic books, mostly Silver and Bronze age -- nothing more recent than 1986, that I would also consider trading from.
